AWDIV - Orange Label

Sigh.  I just don't know what it is with me when it comes to AWDIV e-liquids.  They just seem so subtle, I can barely sense any flavor. I'm vaping Orange Label on an MVP in an Evod.  I am getting a very mild hint of iced tea. Earlier I was dripping it on a Vamo 2 and Patriot clone.  There I got a faint hint of lemon flavoring.  Even cranking the voltage up on either device doesn't seem to change things.

I looked it up to see what it is supposed to be.  Apparently it is an Arnold Palmer (Sweet Tea and Lemonade) with sweet Peachy undertones. It sounds delicious, but I just don't taste much of anything. I had the same problem with the Green and the Purple labels.

Like Green and Purple Label, Orange label comes in a clear glass bottle. It does not have a dropper. I just got a fresh battery off the charger. I'm back to dripping. I'm getting minimal vapor production and the flavor continues to elude me. I would have loved a nice sweet tea with lemonade and peachy undertones, but it doesn't seem meant to be.

As a friend of mine once said, "AWDIV only goes by those silly colors, and the colors aren't even right! Apparently the brown label is actually the orange label and is supposed to taste like lemonade, sweet tea, and peach. The one that actually looked blue is the green label, and the purple one is the blue, right?"

AWDIV - Green Label

AWDIV has me confused.  Do they call this their "Blue Label" e-liquid, or do they call it their "Green Label" e-liquid.  Technically it is a cyan colored label, but I can't imagine that AWDIV refers to this as their "Cyan Label" e-liquid. That just doesn't sound right. In any case, I hear some people calling it "Blue Label" and others calling it "Green Label."  I finally found an official description of this e-liquid.  It is officially their "Green Label" e-liquid.  I am glad we got that problem resolved.

The next problem is the flavor.  What flavor is this e-liquid supposed to be? I can't tell as the flavor is very muted, even though this bottle has had more than enough time to steep. Vapor production is adequate, but where is the flavor?

AWDIV - e-juice
Reading the product description, AWDIV's Green Label e-liquid is a Watermelon Mojito with candied mint. Hmmm, well, if you eat a watermelon before it is really ripe,  you usually find it tastes like water and not much else. This e-liquid seems to be flavored with watermelon that was not allowed to fully ripen as I can't taste watermelon at all. As for the "Mojito" part, where's the rum? And I am not detecting candied mint at all.

This is not a fruity sweet e-juice. On occasion I get a bit of what tastes like watermelon rind.  Other than that, it tastes nothing like the description. As with any juice that fails the taste taste, I've reached out to a friend for a second opinion. Well, maybe my problem is that I shook the bottle.  Here we go, "I used it out of my Russian. I think maybe I didn't shake it or something, because the first tank was really nice, a mint/watermelon/champagne, just like it said, but the second tank was very astringent and unpleasant. I could totally see where you might not taste much out of a clearo on that one."

Well, I am using a Kanger Pro 2.  Maybe this is a juice that needs to be dripped in order to appreciate it.

AWDIV - Purple Label

First, a little background information.  AWDIV stands for "all we do is vape." AWDIV e-liquids do not have names, instead they are color coded.  They come in clear glass bottles with a plain cap.  They do not have drippers. So, be prepared for that.

What we have here is a bottle of AWDIV's "purple label" e-liquid. I believe in steeping juice before reviewing it.  A friend of mine couldn't wait to try it however, and here's what she had to say:

"OK, so I loaded up a brand new mini Aspire bdc with this AWDIV purple label, let it soak in, then went to vape it and of course the little transition ring I have on my vv to cover the gap was keeping it from making contact, so it was a mad scramble to find my tiny screwdriver to pull that thing up. Finally! It's very light (and probably doesn't help that I have something going on with my sinuses right now), but I'm getting like a hint of butterscotch with maybe some cream flavor going on. Subtle, for sure, but I'm kind of digging it! For sure not something I would have ever ordered on my own, but it's a nice break from my usual tobaccos and strong flavored juices."

AWDIV E-LiquidsI waited several weeks to give it a try once I learned it was "subtle." I am getting a mild, but sweet and creamy, butterscotch flavor. In addition, I am getting tons of vapor. Creamy, butterscotch at all voltages on an eGo Twist. I'm having a hard time picking up the pecan flavoring. It's the same on a Vamo, no matter where I set it, I get huge clouds of subtle butterscotch flavoring.

According to the product description on AWDIV's Facebook page, this is "Pecan Pie with Butterscotch." Hmmm.  I try covering two or three air holes on my Kanger Pro 2.  Ah, here we go, the slightest hint of pecan.

Pecan pie is made corn syrup and pecans. Some variations include white or brown sugar, molasses, maple syrup or honey. Salt, vanilla, chocolate and whiskey are sometimes used as well. I'm not getting any of this, with the exception of the subtlest hint of pecan and butterscotch. This e-liquid smells like butterscotch, but even the aroma is not very strong.

I wish the flavor wasn't so elusive as I love the huge clouds of vapor this juice creates. If this were a bold flavored e-juice, I think I would be in love.  As it is, I can just barely taste the butterscotch and only get a hint of pecan here and there.
