It tastes a like Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate spread. The main ingredients of Nutella are sugar and palm oil, followed by hazelnut, cocoa solids and skim milk. Palm oil is a saturated fat and not the healthiest oil you can ingest. Monkey Fist delivers a Nutella flavor experience without the palm oil and sugar.
