"Cat's Pajamas" is a slang phrase from the 1920's used to describe something or someone that is "the best" and is therefore highly sought after and desirable.

Tampa Vapor's Cat's Pajamas is slightly sweet, as well as creamy and nutty, with rich tobacco undertones. The predominant flavor in this blend is the nutty caramel flavoring, but the tobacco flavoring does not take a backseat, the two flavors blend and complement each other nicely.Cat's Pajama's tastes like a smooth, high quality RY4 blend. I believe there is something more to this e-juice, however. Maybe a touch of Irish cream? A tiny bit of coffee in the form of cappuccino? Maybe a touch of mocha? It's hard to tell. It has me guessing.
