The SmokTek Tumbler is one cool looking tank. It looks like a lava lamp from the 1960's. It comes in a variety of colors, mine happens to be white. This cool little tank came to me courtesy of Vapor Curt, host of Twisted Tuesdays on Vaughn TV.
The Tumbler is a bottom coil clearomizer tank that holds 2.5 ml of liquid. Bottom coil clearomizers generally provide a nice warm vapor and excellent vapor production. If you look closely at the base of the tank, you will see two small air holes that provides airflow to the coil. If you cover one of these holes with your finger, it will produce a stiffer draw. Left uncovered, the Tumbler has a rather airy draw.
The Tumbler has a frosted plastic tank. It looks nice, but you have to take care not to load it up with tank cracking juice. The base and the uni-body mouth piece are both made of silver brushed chrome plastic. You have to be very careful not damage the threads when unscrewing the base or the mouth piece.
The Tumbler is very easy to fill. You simply unscrew the base from the tank and you will find there is plenty of room to pour your juice in, with almost any size tip, without getting liquid into the center piece. This is a nice feature. It's also easy to change the coil. Unscrew the base, and there it is. Simply unscrew the old coil and screw a new one in.
The Tumbler is an inexpensive tank that is very appealing to the eye.
