Rip Trippers has read and digested the FDA's proposed regulations and is very concerned about one of them, the same one that most of the vaping community is concerned about. This is the proposed regulation that states that manufacturers of any vape related product, be it e-liquid or hardware, have to submit an application for FDA approval in order to continue to sell their product. This does not sound like a bad thing on the surface, but the cost of applying for such approval is cost prohibitive and devastating to small business owners.
